Since 1980, Charles Camenzuli has conducted thousands of inspections on properties delivering quality reports to assist purchasers and property owners in making informed decisions about the their property.  In 1982 Catcam Group was established to reflect on the more professional position that we had acheived in the industry.

CATCAM Group provides professional services not only to individuals but also to  builders whom need an additional expert opinion and verification of best industry practice. 

All inspections carried out by CATCAM Group are performed by Charles Camenzuli and direct staff. CATCAM Group does not employ  sub-contractor inspectors to carry out inspections.

For quality assurance and consistency  Charles Camenzuli personally complies all reports provided by CATCAM Group.

I have been involved in the building industry in a hands on capacity all my life; my father was a builder and so am I.  I have grown up and have become very familiar with all aspects of the residential building industry in Australia. These close ties have given me a keen appreciation for not only the good work that can be accomplished by a master tradesman but also the short cuts and cover ups that the unscrupulous "fly by nights" carry out in their day to day work.

It saddens me to see the poor workmanship and at times blatant cover-ups of major defects in buildings that are offered up for sale. I endeavour to highlight and bring to the attention of my client  the significant problems that are present or that may arise within the building.
